If you are looking for a lubricant to use with your partner, that is long lasting and you are not using toys, a silicone lubricant is a very good option. This lubricant does not dry out, is very slippery and is great if you suffer from dryness or for use in the water. Most silicone lubricants are non-staining, have no odour, however, do require soap and water for removal.

If you are using silicone toys, it is highly recommended to only use water-based lubricant, as silicone lubricant can damage the silicone layer on toys. Water Based of lubricant is thin and slippery and is made with xanthan gum or agar agar, natural thickeners found in plants which give the lubricant it's smooth consistency. Many water-based lubricants are now entirely vegan, come flavoured and can be used as body topping or for oral sex, adding a very tasty element to your love making.
